Saturday Morning Waterfront
Join us for our weekly 2.7 to 6.5 mile runs along Portland's beautiful Willamette River waterfront. We are joined by walkers from Portland's outdoor group, the Adventure Group. This event is open to all skill levels. Afterwards, we usually go out to eat an inexpensive brunch.
We run a number of different loops around Portland's downtown waterfront. All loops on the course are relatively flat. Beginners may start out running the main 2.66 mile loop between the Steel and Hawthorne Bridges. More experienced runners will run other loops totaling as many as 6.50 miles. All loops on the course are relatively flat and cross no major intersections.
Non-members are welcome to participate in this event. Plenty of free parking is available on SE Main St. and SE Water St.
